A Reminder to Let God

In Psalm 32:8 the Lord says, “I will instruct you and teach you about the direction you should go. I’ll advise you and keep my eye on you.”

We constantly need to say to ourselves: “I won’t allow myself to be sad because of people or resulting circumstances.” No matter the situation at hand, even if it’s difficult or feels almost impossible, let God take care of everything. We can’t fail to live a single day received from God, our Heavenly Father, to see the wonders that are granted us and thank Him for the good around us which we often overlook. Every day we must thank God for His care because once again we had the opportunity to overcome another day, a privilege many others didn’t share.

Letting God take care of you is believing that even when everything seems to have fallen apart, He is in control. Even when we aren’t able to pray, our heavenly Father knows us. Even in the silence of the soul, He knows what we need because He knows our heart. “…the Lord weighs the heart,” Proverbs 21:02.

God is also our best Friend and knows how to listen to us when we need it most. He is faithful and never fails! Many times we are anxious because we don’t truly believe that we have a Friend and Protector by our side, guiding us on the best path. Let’s examine ourselves right now and run to Christ asking Him for forgiveness for our faults and sins and allow our hearts to rest on Him.

We must live one day at a time, leaving all our anxiety at the feet of our Loving Father. Let’s spend more time reflecting on the good in our lives and our days will become lighter. A trusting mind can prevent various illnesses. God comforts us in all our afflictions as is written in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4:

Praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! The Father is a merciful God, who always gives us comfort. He comforts us when we are in trouble, so that we can share that same comfort with others in trouble.

At all times our Father in Heaven will take care of everything. Let’s trust His promises.
